Users of Hikari Collaboration Model such as Hikari with FLETS Service, All Apartments (Mansion) Service, docomo Hikari service provided by other ISP cannot apply for Asahi Net FTTH with FLET'S service.
In such case, please consider applying for FLET'S Hikari Next Course or FLET'S Hikari Light Course. -
Yes, the name of Asahi Net membership and that of NTT line subscription do not necessarily need to match.

FLETS Hikari Next is a fixed-rate line where the same monthly charge is applied regardless of how much you use the internet.FLET'S Hikari Light/FLET'S Hikari Light Plus* are two-tiered, fixed-rate lines where monthly charges are determined depending on the amount of data traffic used with internet.
If you are regularly using the internet, we recommend FLET'S Hikari Next. If you do not use the internet on a regular basis, or do not use video streaming service etc., we recommend FLET'S Hikari Light/FLET'S Hikari Light Plus*.
- FLET'S Hikari Light Plus is only available with NTT East Family Course.
Please contact NTT East/West for details of FLET'S Hikari line charges and service.

Application
FLET'S fiber-optic line by NTT
Asahi Net FTTH with FLET'S is a service which is offered by combining NTT East/West's FLET'S Hikari and Asahi Net's ISP service.
Your subscription line information will be shared and managed with NTT East/West. One Asahi Net ISP service is offered for each FLET’S fiber-optic line.
If you do not have a fiber-optic line yet
Asahi Net accepts applications for FLET’S fiber-optic line together with the application for Asahi Net FTTH with FLET’S.
Fiber-optic line is subscribed by NTT. You will be contacted by NTT later for the installation date.
If you already have a fiber-optic line
If you are switching providers, or if you have already asked NTT for a line installation, make an application to Asahi Net only for the providing service (i.e., Asahi Net FTTH with FLET’S).
If you are using Hikari with FLET’S service which is provided by other company, you will need to cancel the current service. Asahi Net FTTH with FLET’S Service will be provided after you have completed the cancellation procedure with the other company.
Please note that NTT may contact you even if you already have a fiber-optic line.

Cancellation-related Information
This section gives you information on the cancellation request procedure of Asahi Net FTTH with FLET’S Service.
- Monthly charge will be fully billed for the month of cancellation.
- If you wish to terminate your Asahi Net membership, there is a need to make a membership termination request after cancelling all your subscription services.
- Asahi Net cannot accept your cancellation request for NTT FLET’S fiber-optic line. Please contact NTT.
