Important: Please update your email settings due to the end of support for select authentication methods

Thank you for using Asahi Net.
To enhance the security of Asahi Net’s email services, we will end support for certain authentication methods on October 20, 2026.
If you do not update the settings by the end-of-support date (October 20, 2026), you will no longer be able to send or receive emails after this date.
If you are using an affected authentication method, please refer to the Setup Guide below and update your mailer settings by the end-of-support date.
- *Asahi Net will also contact the affected members separately by email.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please check your mailer settings
Please check your current mailer settings, and update them accordingly. See the following page for more details on how to check and change your mailer settings.

Important request regarding your settings:
To protect customer information, Asahi Net strongly recommends using TLS 1.2 or later for sending and receiving messages. (We do not support sending or receiving messages using TLS 1.0/1.1.)
Please check for unsupported versions of your OS and mailer
You may not be able to send or receive emails if you are using an unsupported OS or mailer that is incompatible with the latest security standards (such as TLS 1.2 or later). To use Asahi Net’s email services safely, please keep your mailer up to date.
- *Asahi Net cannot give guidance on how to set up an OS or a mailer that is no longer supported. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Mac Mail 10.11 and older
If you wish to check or send your email as soon as possible, please use Asahi Net’s Web Mail, which allows you to access your email directly in a web browser.
You can log in and use the service with the ID and password of your mailer.
- *For specification and security reasons, please update your web browser to the latest version.
