Fixed IP Address Information related to cancellation
This section gives you information on the cancellation request procedure of subscription service.
- You can choose either the end of the current month or the following month to cancel your subscription service.
- If you are canceling your connection service, Fixed IP Address Option will automatically be canceled as well. There is no need to take the cancellation procedure.
- If you are changing to a different connection service course which supports the Fixed IP Address Option, you can continue to use the Fixed IP Address Option. If you do not wish to continue using the Fixed IP Address Option with your changed connection course, please take the cancellation procedure.

Change router connection settings
Change the connection settings of your router from settings for fixed IP address to normal internet connection.
