This page gives you information on how to set up an ADSL modem (bridge type)/optical network unit (ONU) & VoIP (adapter mode) for using the IP-Phone-C. It also explains how to use the IP-Phone-C with the following.

• How to use the IP-Phone-C with the router function of a VoIP adapter
• How to use a VoIP adapter in router mode when you are connected to the internet with FLET’S connection tool or broadband (PPPoE)

Before setting up

See the manual of the router/modem to set up.

1. STEP1

   Wire up VoIP adapter and computer (client)

   Connect the IP-Phone supported device, computer, and your phone with cables.
   See the manual of the IP-Phone supported device for wiring instructions.
   See also if the ACR (LCR) function is disabled on your phone device.

2. STEP2

   Internet connection setup

   Set up the internet connection of IP-Phone supported device.

3. STEP3

   IP-Phone setup

   Set up your IP-Phone while you are connected to the internet.

   • Phone Function Settings for IP-Phone-C (Manual)
   • Phone Function Settings for IP-Phone-C (Automatic)）

   After completing the setup, check your device’s lamp status if it is correctly connected.
   See the manual of your router/device for details.

   

   Correct status

   電源 (= Power)	Green light is on
   VoIP	Green light is on
   WAN	Green light is on
   LAN	Green light is on
