Requests for MyMail Address
Change of MyMail Address
You can change your MyMail address in My Page.
In My Page, click Register/Change MyMail address and make a request by clicking the Change/Register button in the page shown.
Add a MyMail address
You can register more than one MyMail address for each mailbox.
In My Page, click Register/Change MyMail address and make a request by clicking the New registration button in the page shown.
Deactivation of MyMail address
You can deactivate your MyMail address in My Page.
In My Page, click Register/Change MyMail address and make a request by clicking the Deactivate button in the page shown.
Requests for MyMail address can be made in My Page.
- *Your Asahi Net ID and password are required.
Request for MyMail Forwarding Service
Forwarding settings
MyMail forwarding can be be set by either of the following ways.
- Forward, but do not save to inbox. (Free)
- Forward, and save to inbox. (Monthly charge of 100 yen)
The number of forwarding address you can specify is one for each MyMail address.
Change forwarding email address
You can change your forwarding address in My Page.
Choose the MyMail address you wish to set forwarding in My Page and click 次へ (= Next).
In the page shown, choose the forwarding method you wish to use and enter the new forwarding address.
Deactivation of forwarding
You can deactivate the MyMail Forwarding Service in My Page.
Choose the email address you want to deactivate the forwarding and click 次へ (= Next).
In the shown page, choose 転送しない (= Do not forward).
Requests for MyMail Forwarding Service can be made in My Page.
- *Your Asahi Net ID and password are required.
Transfer of MyMail address
MyMail address can be transferred to another ID (mailbox). If you wish to do so, please make a request in writing using the following form.
- *When you make an application for additional mailbox, you may transfer the currently-using MyMail address to the newly-issued additional mailbox. (This only applies to when you apply for an additional mailbox.)
