Details of Additional Mailbox Service are as follows.

- *Since email address cannot be changed, we recommend you using the MyMail service which allows you to personalize your address with your choice of letters/numbers.
Notification of ID and password
ID and password for the additional mailbox will be notified to your Asahi Net email address. You will not be notified in writing.
Password
Password change
You can change your password of your additional mailbox in My Page.
You can make a request through Change password in My Page.
- *Your Asahi Net ID and password for additional mailbox are required.
Password reset/reissue
If you have forgotten your password of your additional mailbox, you can reissue and reset your password.

ID and password for the additional mailbox will be notified to your Asahi Net email address.
Have your ID and password for checking email sent to your Asahi Net email address before making your application.
Cancellation
This section gives you information on the cancellation request procedure of the Additional Mailbox Service.
- Monthly charge will be fully billed for the month of cancellation.
- After canceling the service, you may not use the email address of your additional mailbox.
- Email stored on the server will be automatically deleted after your cancellation. Please save important email by receiving email to your mailer before making the cancellation.
