Asahi Net cannot give guidance on how to set up your mailer if you are using an OS or mailer no longer supported by the manufacturer, or if you are using an old encryption method.

It is very risky for security reasons to use an OS or mailer which is no longer supported.
In order to use our email service safely, please keep your mailer always up to date.

• Windows XP and older, Windows 7, Windows 8
• Outlook 2013 and older, Outlook Express
• All versions of Windows Live Mail
• Mac Mail 10.11 and older

You can use Asahi Net’s Mail Service by just logging in.

Windows 7 or Windows Live Mail	There is no initially installed, supported mailer. Please install Thunderbird and make a new setting. How to install Thunderbird (only in Japanese)
Windows 10	Windows 10 Mail App is installed as a default. Please make a new setting.
Windows 11	Windows 11 Mail App is installed as a default. Please make a new setting.
Mac	Mail is installed as a default. Please make a new setting.
