Service Overview
FLET'S Hikari Next is a service using the FLET's Hikari Next line provided by NTT East/West.
To start using the service, you will need to separately subsrcribe to NTT East/West's FLET'S Hikari Next fiber-optic line.

Asahi Net sends your membership information
Within a week after your application, you will receive a set of membership information including your user ID and password.
- *An NTT East/West representative may call you regarding your application.

STEP3
Set up your router and start using
Change your account information (connection settings) to Asahi Net's connection ID (user ID) and password. No installation work is required.
- *Hikari Denwa can also be used.
- *If you are switching providers to Asahi Net, please take cancel your current providing company.

Asahi Net sends your membership information
Within a week after your application, you will receive a set of membership documents including your User ID Notification.

Confirmation by NTT for installation date
An NTT representative will contact you regarding the application details and installation date.
If there is anything you're uncertain about or if you have to make any changes, please ask NTT at this point. -
STEP4
Hikari (fiber-optic) line installation
NTT will install the fiber-optic line.
- *Installation is possible on weekends and public holidays.
- *You will need to be present during the installation work.

Start using
After NTT's installation work is done, you can start using by setting up your router.

- Service opening date refers to the date when the IPv6 Connection Function is first provided, or the date when the first connection is made with IPv4 Connection (PPPoE). The earlier date will be applied.
- In case where three months have passed after the following month of application without meeting the service opening date explained in the preceding item, the first day of the fourth month is considered as the service opening date, and monthly charge will be billed starting the month which includes the service opening date.
