Asahi Net docomo Hikari 1 Gbps for Detached House and FLET'S Hikari Next Family connection services have been unavailable in Hyogo Pref. due to equipment failure at NTT WEST.
Internet connection service using IPv6 Connection Feature (IPoE), Asahi Net docomo Hikari 10 Gbps and FLET'S Hikari Cross services were unavailable in Gunma, Niigata, Yamanashi, and Nagano area due to equipment failure at NTT EAST.
Due to the impact of the disaster, Asahi Net LTE (ANSIM) connection service may have been unavailable.
Spam Filtering Service may have been determining emails that are not spam as spam.
If you are subscribed to Spam Filtering Service and did not receive emails that you should have been receiving, please check your 迷惑メール (= Spam) folder of your Web Mail.

Maintenance is required to enhance connection lines and equipment. You may not be able to make new connections or established connections may be disconnected during the time listed below. Also, system maintenance is performed every Thursday from 06:00 to 06:30.
