Register/Change Contact Email Address

You can register or change your contact email address in My Page.

Contact Email Address

Contact email address refers to an email address for receiving important notice, information, and instructions on various procedures from Asahi Net.
Please register an email address that you check often, as important notice related to contract renewal period and services will be sent.

In cases where you forget your password, a new password could be issued quickly if you have your contact email address registered.

Register/Change Contact Email Address

  1. 1After logging into My Page, go to Customer Information page.

  1. 2In the page shown, click the Change button under Contact Email Address.
  2. 3The Contact email address: View contract details page will be shown. Take the steps to register or change your contact email address.
  3. 4After completing the steps, you will receive an email letting you know the temporary registration of your contact email address which you registered/changed in My Page.
    Please access the URL shown in the email to complete the registration process.

Precautions
  • Only one email address could be registered as your contact email address. Please note that more than one email address cannot be registered, so make sure to register an address you check often.
  • The URL for completing the registration has a validity period. The validity period is written in the email of temporary registration. Please complete your registration within the validity period. If the validity expires, go to “Contact email address: Resend URL” in My Page to complete the steps.
  • The filter settings of your mailer may filter the temporary registration email as a spam email. To receive email from Asahi Net, please change your filters and blocked address settings to allow Asahi Net domain, @asahi-net.jp.
