Change in How to Log into My Page (Updated as of September 13, 2024)

Thank you for using Asahi Net.

In accordance with Asahi Net’s system renewal, there will be a change in the login method for Asahi Net My Page which is used to check your contract details and make requests.
Since our authentication method will be changed too with the provision of a new login page, some members are asked to register their authentication information.
This announcement is to give you information on what will be changed and what you may be asked to do.

There is an update under Date of Change (the change date has been fixed).

1. Date of Change

September 30, 2024

  • *My Page will be unavailable between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on September 30, 2024, due to system maintenance work.

2. Change Details

The following two points will be changed.

  • Login method
  • Authentication method

Change in login page

The following new login page will be shown when accessing My Page.

  • *The login page shown here is provisional. The actual page may be different.

  • Your ID and password for logging in will not be changed.
  • See the following page for IDs which can be used to log into My Page.

Change in authentication method

The authentication method for logging into My Page will be changed.
As mentioned above, your ID and password for logging in will not be changed.

However, some members may be using IDs which are issued before 2004* and do not support the changed authentication method.
We will send a notification (by email and postal mail) separately to affected members. If you receive this notice, please register your authentication information.

You will not be able to log into My Page after September 30, 2024, if you do not register your authentication information.
You can only log in after you register your authentication information. Please do so by the change date.
Please be assured that the use of connection service will not be affected with this change.

  • *Some IDs issued after 2004 are also included.

3. What You May Have to Do

In accordance with the change in how to log into My Page, you may be asked to register your authentication information.

We will send a notification (by email and postal mail) separately to affected members. Please register your authentication information when you receive this notification from Asahi Net.

If you are unsure of your ID and password, please see the following FAQ and take the necessary action.

If you reset and reissue your password, the authentication information will be registered automatically, so there is no need to take further action.
