This page gives you information on how to set up the phone function on Web Caster 3000MV (firmware version: 01.03).
The information is based on Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6 (for Windows).
The same settings apply to Macintosh computers and other OSs.

Phone function settings

1. STEP1

   Open a browser window

   Open a browser window.
   Enter the address “http://192.168.1.1” in the address bar and press Enter.

   

   Enter the information to log into the modem in the dialog window shown and click OK.

   ユーザー名 User name	user
   パスワード Password	user (factory default)

   

2. STEP2

   IP-Phone settings

   In the left menu under 設定 (= Settings), click IP電話設定 (= IP-Phone settings).

   

   Set up as follows and click the 設定 (= Set) button.

   SIPサーバアドレス SIP server address	VoIP server name informed by Asahi Net
   SIPサーバポート番号 SIP server port number	5060
   REGISTERサーバアドレス REGISTER server address	VoIP server name informed by Asahi Net
   REGISTERサーバポート番号 REGISTER server port number	5060
   SIPドメイン名 SIP domain name	asahi-net.or.jp
   ユーザーID User ID	VoIP user ID informed by Asahi Net
   パスワード Password	VoIP user password informed by Asahi Net
   IP電話番号 IP-Phone number	VoIP phone number informed by Asahi Net
   市外局番 Area code	Enter the area code of your subscribed regular phone line (landline)
   ソフトアップデート確認用URL URL for checking software update	Leave it blank

   

3. STEP3

   Register the settings

   Click 再起動画面へ (= Go to reboot page).

   

   Click the 再起動 (= Reboot) button.

   

   After rebooting, click the 再表示 (= Page refresh) button.
