Based on the Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Identification Information of the Senders (Provider Liability Limitation Act), Asahi Net, Inc. handles allegations concerning infringements of rights through information distribution by specified telecommunications services by complying with the guidelines and manuals for Provider Liability Limitation Act issued by Provider Liability Limitation Act Guidelines Review Council set by Telecom Services Association (TELESA).
To make a request for disclosure of sender's identification information and transmission prevention measures, please use the following forms listed in the guidelines shown in the website which provides Provider Liability Limitation Act-related information (in Japanese).

To make a request, please read the guidelines and send the application form with the required documents to the following address by postal mail. Requests made through FAX and email are not accepted.
