Message for Asahi Net Members Who are Affected by Typhoon Yun-yeung (Typhoon No. 13)
We would like to offer our deepest sympathies for those who are affected and suffering as a result of Typhoon Yun-yeung. We sincerely hope for the earliest recovery of everyone who is affected.
Asahi Net will implement support measures on its services that are used in areas affected by this typhoon, where the Disaster Relief Act has been applied.
Upon application from those members using our services in the applicable areas, there will be a reduction or exemption of usage charges starting September 8, 2023.
Members who wish to apply for reduction or exemption of usage charges in accordance with this Act, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
