Closing of Dial-up Services (Update as of April 8, 2024)

Asahi Net is closing the Dial-up services in accordance with the closing of the access point service by its provider.
Thank you for your interest and use of the service.

In accordance with the provider’s postponement of service closing date, the following 2. Closing Date has been changed.

1. Closing Services

  • Dial-up S Plan
  • Dial-up K1 Course

The dial-up connection which could be used for free for services other than the ones listed above will also be closed.
If you are currently subscribing to a plan with dial-up connection, please see the following page.

3. Use of Asahi Net

Please make a change request for another connection service, or terminate your Asahi Net membership by the service closing date.

If you wish to continue using Asahi Net

If you wish to use another Asahi Net connection service, you are asked to take the following two procedures.

  • Application for a new connection service
  • Cancellation of Dial-up service

Cancellation procedure for the Dial-up service can be taken via My Page.
To apply for a new service, please click the Apply button on each connection service page.

We are currently planning to establish a basic service without an internet connection.
If you are subscribed to an Dial-up service as of the service closing date, your contract will automatically be changed to the basic service. We will inform you again regarding the service details.

If you wish to terminate your Asahi Net membership

If you wish to terminate your Asahi Net membership, a separate procedure is required.
Please check your contract status in My Page and take the necessary steps to terminate your membership.
