Message for Asahi Net Members Who are Affected by the Heavy Snow since December 17, 2022
We would like to offer our deepest sympathies for those who are suffering as a result of the heavy snow since December 17, 2022. We sincerely hope for the earliest recovery of everyone that is affected.
Asahi Net will implement support measures on its services that are used in areas where the Disaster Relief Act for this disaster has been applied.
Upon application from those members using our services in the applicable areas, there will be a reduction or exemption of usage charges starting from December 19, 2022.
Members who wish to apply for reduction or exemption of usage charges in accordance with this Act, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
