This is to inform our members and customers on Asahi Net’s English Customer Support open hours and shipment schedule of SIM cards and communication devices during the New Year's period. Please refer to the charts below for details.
Online inquiry forms are accepted 24 hours. However, please note that we will start responding to those inquiries as soon as we reopen on January 4, 2023.
