A request to change your registered credit card information

Thank you for using Asahi Net.
Let us notify you that the details of credit card verification for credit cards registered with Asahi Net will change in accordance with the arrangements made with credit card companies.
With this change, we have sent a notification titled, Important notice from Asahi Net: Notification regarding payment to some of our members. This page provides more details.
Members who have not received the notice do not need to take any procedure.

2. Procedure to be taken
There is a need to update the credit card information registered with Asahi Net.
Asahi Net is unable to auto-renew our customers' credit card information, and therefore your old credit card information is still registered with us.
We kindly ask you to take the procedure to change your credit card information via My Page when you receive the notice from Asahi Net.

If we are unable to confirm that you have changed your credit card information by November 2021, you will be billed through convenience store payment slip, which requires you to pay a payment slip handling charge in addition to your usage charge.
