Message for Asahi Net Members who are affected by the Earthquake with its epicenter under Northern Osaka Prefecture of 2018

We would like to offer our deepest sympathies for those who are suffering as a result of the earthquake with its epicenter under Northern Osaka Prefecture of 2018. We sincerely hope for the earliest recovery of everyone that was affected.
As of today, Asahi Net will implement support measures on its services that are used in areas where the Disaster Relief Act for this earthquake has been applied.
Members, who wish to apply for reduction or exemption of usage charges in accordance to this Act, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
