Notice on Change of Billing Date for UC Card
Asahi Net, Inc.
Due to change in the contract management system of Asahi Net, the date of billing from Asahi Net to UC Card Co., Ltd. will be revised. The followings are the details of the change.

As information on the previous notice was partially incomplete, we have revised the notice.
Revised point: UC Group cards and Tobu cards are added to those subject to change of billing and withdrawal payment date.
1．Who Will be Affected
Customers who are using the following credit cards for payment to Asahi Net.
2．Effective Date
Change will be effective starting from February charges.
3．Change of Billing Date
Current Billing Date
Charges for the current month are billed by the 10th day of the following month.
Revised Billing Date
Charges for the current month are billed around the 15th day of the following month.
4．Change of Withdrawal Payment Date
Due to change of billing date from Asahi Net to UC Card Co., Ltd., the withdrawal payment date for Asahi Net charges will also change.
Current Withdrawal Payment Date
Withdrawal payment for Asahi Net charges is made on the 3rd or the 5th day of the second month.
Withdrawal Payment Date After Revision
Withdrawal payment for Asahi Net charges is made on the 3rd or the 5th day of the third month.
Illustrative Example
The statement closing date and withdrawal payment date is as follows:
UC Card, UC Card Group
Statement closing date is on 10th day of each month; withdrawal payment (payment due date) is on the 5th day of the following month.
Tobu Card
Statement closing date is on 10th day of each month; withdrawal payment (payment due date) is on the 3rd day of the following month.
The chart below illustrates the changes of the billing and withdrawal payment dates.
Reference
Due to this change, there will be a month in which there will be no withdrawal payment for Asahi Net charges, as shown in the chart below.
The billing date of Asahi Net charges that is indicated on your credit card billing statement will not change. In your credit card statement, the last day of the month for which the charge is billed for will be indicated. Please refer to the date on your credit card billing statement to check which month the Asahi Net charges are for.
