Change to Business service invoice format

Thank you for using Asahi Net.
Every month, Asahi Net sends our Business service customers an invoice. We will be changing the format of the invoice; please find more information about this below.
Explanation
Timing
The invoice format will change for our October 2015 usage invoice (posted in November 2015).
Changes
1. Asahi Net User IDs will be added.
2. The items listed will be ordered by User ID instead of by service.
3. Single-sided printing of the invoice will be used instead of double-sided printing.
