Start of Provision of Spam Filtering Service

Thank you for using Asahi Net.

As a successor of security service Neo-SpamBlock, Spam Filtering Service will be provided starting August 10, 2022.

1. Service Overview

Spam Filtering Service is a security service which automatically filters and blocks any spam (unsolicited) email sent to Asahi Net mail address.

3. About Your Neo-SpamBlock Contract

If you are currently using the Neo-SpamBlock, the service will be automatically transferred to the new Spam Filtering Service.

For customers who are using the service

Please check your current contract details and the details of the new service

If you are using the Neo-SpamBlock at the point of contract transfer, you will be deemed as having agreed to the Spam Filtering Service agreement.
Please check the service details and agreement of Spam Filtering Service before the transfer.
Spam Filtering Service Agreement (Only in Japanese)

If you wish to check your usage status and settings of Neo-SpamBlock, you can do so in the following page (My Page) until August 9, 2022, the contract transfer date.
Neo-SpamBlock Change Settings/Disable

  • *If you are not using the Neo-SpamBlock, please change all settings to “Disable”.

Check your settings after the transfer to the new service

Email address(es) currently filtered/blocked with Neo-SpamBlock will be automatically transferred to the filters/block settings for the Spam Filtering Service.
Please check your settings after the transfer since there are some changes in the specification.

Specification changes

  • The email address using your ID and MyMail address(es) will be integrated into one mailbox.
  • Filters and block settings per mail address will be per mailbox.
  • Filter conditions will be prioritized over block settings.

If you are using more than one email address: For filters and block settings applied to each email address, filters will be prioritized over block settings.
For email which you do not want to receive: Remove the applicable address(es) from the respective filter and apply block settings.
