Asahi Net Services Affected by the End of FLET'S ADSL Provided by NTT East/West

Thank you for using Asahi Net.
This is to inform our members that the provision of FLET'S ADSL Service offered by NTT East/West will end as of January 31, 2023, in areas where FLET'S Hikari is provided. Due to the end of service, members who are using Asahi Net's FLET'S ADSL Course are asked to take some procedures.
There are no necessary procedures for members who are using Asahi Net's FLET'S ADSL Course in areas where FLET'S Hikari is not provided.
1. Affected Members
Members who are using Asahi Net FLET'S ADSL Course in areas where FLET'S Hikari is provided.

2. Necessary Procedures
Please make a change request for another connection service, or terminate your Asahi Net membership by the end of service date.
If you wish to continue using Asahi Net with a different connection service, please make a new application.
To apply for a new connection service, please do so by clicking on the “Apply” button on the respective connection service page.
As an alternative service, we recommend the Asahi Net FTTH with FLET'S to our members.
Asahi Net FTTH with FLET'S
If you wish to terminate your Asahi Net membership, a separate procedure is required.
Please check your contract status in My Page and take the necessary steps to terminate your membership.
