Notice on Telephone Relay Service Charge

Thank you for using Asahi Net.
Based on the Act on Facilitating the Use of Telephones by the Hearing Impaired, etc., Telephone Relay Services System will be enacted starting July 1, 2021.
In accordance with this system, our members who are using the applicable telephone service will be billed for the Telephone Relay Service charge.

What is Telephone Relay Service?
Telephone Relay Service is a service which enables users with hearing or speech disabilities to communicate with others over telephone through operators acting as interpreters to interpret sign language or text.
