Application
FLET'S fiber-optic line by NTT
FLET’S Hikari Next/Light is a fiber-optic line service offered by NTT East/West.
Asahi Net provides just the ISP service. In order to use the service, you need to separately subscribe to NTT East/West.

Change the type of service
If you wish to change the line type for Asahi Net FTTH with FLET’S (changing the service type), please contact NTT.
Cancellation
This section gives you information on the cancellation request procedure of the FLET’S Hikari services.
- You do not need to take the cancellation procedure for FLET’S Hikari Next/Light.
If you wish to change your subscription service and apply for another connection service, FLET’S Hikari Next/ight will automatically be canceled as you start to use the new service.
If you wish to terminate your Asahi Net membership, there is a need to make a membership termination request. When your membership is terminated, FLET’S Hikari Next/Lithg will be canceled automatically. - Monthly charge will be fully billed for the month of cancellation.
