FTTH with FLET'S

  • I would like to withdraw my application.

    Whether or not application can be withdrawn or not depends on the time we receive the request.

    Please refer below for details.

    * Please contact NTT regarding cancellation of installation work related to NTT line.

    ■ Until 5 p.m. of the day before the installation date
    Application can be withdrawn by phone. There will be no charge associated with the withdrawal.

    ■ After 5 p.m. of the day before the installation date
    Application cannot be withdrawn. Specified procedures will be required, and charge for cancellation will be billed separately.
