  • The Wi-Fi router is broken. I've lost the Wi-Fi router. What can I do?
    As you have purchased the Wi-Fi router from Asahi Net then it is your property and you have responsibility for taking care of it, therefore if you lose it or it is damaged you will need to consider purchasing a replacement.
    Please contact Asahi Net if the Wi-Fi router is broken or if you have lost the Wi-Fi router.
