Asahi Net WiMAX 2+

  • The Wi-Fi router does not connect to the service. What can I do?

    Please confirm the following.

    (1) Turn the OFF the data communication device (WiMAX 2+ router), wait for a while and turn it ON again to see if you get connected.

    (2) You may also want to confirm that there is no WiMAX 2+ maintenance or outage at the time you tried to connect. Please visit our Maintenance and Service Outage page for that information.

    (3) Please confirm that the place you are attempting to use the Asahi Net WiMAX 2+ service is a service available area. There are cases where you cannot connect even if you are within the service available area.

    (4) Check the screen or the lamp of data communication device and contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
