  • If I cancel the service, will there be a cancellation charge?

    Cancellation charge will be billed if cancellation is requested outside the contract renewal period.

    ■Unlimited Data with LTE Plan/Fixed Data with LTE Plan

    • The contract period for Fixed Data with LTE Plan and Fixed Data with LTE Plan is three years (37 months), with the month following the service opening month*1 constituting the first month. If cancellation is not requested during the contract renewal period*2, your contract will be renewed automatically for another three years.
    • If the contract is canceled during the contract period excluding the contract renewal period, a cancellation charge will be billed separately. If the cancellation is requested: before the end of the 12th month, a 19,000 yen (non-taxed) cancellation charge will be billed; between the 13th month and 24th month, a 14,000 yen (non-taxed) cancellation charge will be billed; in the 25th month and after that (except for contract renewal period), a 9,500 yen (non-taxed) cancellation charge will be billed.

    • Service opening month: Service opening month starts from the date you connected to the internet using the data communication device provided by Asahi Net, or 10 days after the device shipping date. The earlier date will be applied.
    • Contract renewal period:
      • Unlimited Data with LTE Plan/Fixed Data with LTE Plan
        The first contract renewal period is the 37th month, counting from the next month of the service opening month. The second contract renewal period is the 37th month counting from the first contract renewal month.
