  • The communication device doesn't connect to the service. What can I do?
    Please confirm the following points:

    (1)Please check the latest maintenance and service outage schedule.

    (2) Please confirm that you are in a service area. There is the possibility of your being in a service area but local conditions to prevent use of the service.

    (3) If possible, please test your SIM card by inserting it to another device. If you are able to use the service with the other device, then there is the possibility your own device is faulty.
