Neo-Discount ADSL (50M/12M) Course, Other Softbank ADSL Courses

  • Modem is unstable or broken, or its setup view does not show up.
    Please try the following:

    (1) Check the lamp of modem and refer to the corresponding manual.

    (2) Modem may become unstable when it overheats. Turn off the power, wait for about five minutes, and reboot the modem.

    (3) If you are using a router-type ADSL modem, try a factory reset. Settings of your ADSL modem will be initialized.
    We recommend you take the necessary backup on LAN and confirm your network configuration before initialization. If you do not know how to factory reset, please refer to the manual of corresponding equipment.

    If you are using Course with Rental Modem or Sellout Modem (within warranty period) and the situation does not improve even though you have tried all the above, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.

    If the Course is No Modem (if you prepared a modem on your own), please contact the supplier of the modem.
