West Japan (30 prefectures west of Toyama, Gifu, and Shizuoka)

3. Affected Request Procedures

The following requests cannot be made through Asahi Net during the NTT WEST system maintenance.

FLET’S Hikari Cross

Request procedures related to FLET’S Hikari Cross cannot be completed during the following period. Your requests will be accepted during the maintenance period, but the following dates cannot be specified.

Request procedures related to IPv6 Connection Feature cannot be completed during the following period. Your requests will be accepted during the maintenance period, but the following dates cannot be specified.

Other FLET'S Hikari, Hikari Collaboration Models

Asahi Net request procedures for the following services are not affected: Asahi Net FTTH with FLET’S (using FLET’S Hikari); Asahi Net docomo Hikari (Hikari Collaboration Model). Please contact your fiber-optic line provider regarding the impact of maintenance at NTT West Japan area.
