Message for Asahi Net members who are affected by Typhoon No.15 of 2019

We would like to offer our deepest sympathies for those who are suffering as a result of Typhoon No.15 of 2019. We sincerely hope for the earliest recovery of everyone that is affected.
Asahi Net will implement support measures on its services that are used in areas where the Disaster Relief Act for this disaster has been applied.
Upon application from those members using our services in the applicable areas, there will be a reduction or exemption of usage charges starting from September 20, 2019.
Members, who wish to apply for reduction or exemption of usage charges in accordance to this Act, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
