This is to inform our members and customers on Asahi Net’s English Customer Support open hours and shipment schedule of communication devices during the Golden Week period. Please refer to the charts below for details.

Online inquiry forms are accepted 24 hours. However, please note that we will start responding to those inquiries as soon as we reopen on May 7, 2019.

Cash Back Payment

For registration of bank account to receive cash back payment that are made during the Golden Week period, receipt of payment may be after the Golden Week period, on or after May 7 depending on the bank or financial institution.
