This is to notify our members on closing of the following Asahi Net services.

1. Affected Services

The following services are scheduled to be closed.

If there are similar services that are recommended as a replacement of the closing services, we will indicate them in this notice. Please consider switching to those recommended services.

* For services not listed below, you do not need to take any action. The service will be available until the service closing date.

Members using User CGI Service

Following is guidance for those members currently using the User CGI Service, on cancellation procedures.

Members who will continue to use Virtual Domain Web Hosting Service or MMJP Web Hosting Service are requested to delete CGI programs in your webpage in addition to cancelling of User CGI Service.

Please apply for cancellation of the service using the form below.

For instructions on settings of web hosting services, please refer to the settings guide below.

Members using cloud groupware AsaOne Service

Following is guidance for those members currently using cloud groupware AsaOne Service, on cancellation procedures.

Please apply for cancellation of the service from the following webpage.

* Please have your Asahi Net User ID and password ready.

Members using Mailing List

Following is guidance for those members currently using the Mailing List, on cancellation procedures and retrieving of configuration file that is necessary to transfer the service offered by other providers, etc.
