We would like to offer our deepest sympathies for those who are suffering as a result of the Earthquake with an Epicenter in Central and Eastern Iburi Region in Hokkaido Prefecture of 2018. We sincerely hope for the earliest recovery of everyone that was affected.
As of yesterday, September 6, 2018, Asahi Net has implemented support measures on its services that are used in areas where the Disaster Relief Act for this earthquake has been applied.
Members, who wish to apply for reduction or exemption of usage charges in accordance to this Act, please contact Asahi Net English Customer Support.
