Notice on the Changes in Credit Card Billing Dates

Due to revision of the contract management system, the date of billing from Asahi Net to credit card companies has been changed.
As a result of this revision, for some of the customers the credit card billing date will be delayed for about a month compared to the former schedule. The followings are the details of the change.
1. Schedule of the Change
Revision of contract management system will be gradually put into effect between the period concerning April 2018 charges to July 2018 charges.
2. Change of Billing Date
Due to revision of the contract management system, the billing date to the credit card companies will be changed as the followings.
Current Billing Date
Charges for the current month are billed by the 10th day of the following month.
Revised Billing Date
Charges for the current month are billed around the 15th day of the following month.
3. Change of Withdrawal Payment Date
As a result of change in the billing date from Asahi Net to credit card companies, the withdrawal payment date for Asahi Net charges and the timing Asahi Net charges appears on your credit card billing statement may be delayed for about a month compared to the former schedule.
e.g.) Credit card with statement closing date on the 10th day of each month, and withdrawal payment date (payment due date) on the 5th day of the following month.
In the above example, during the period indicated in 1. Schedule of the Change, there will be a month in which there will be no withdrawal payment for Asahi Net charges.
e.g.) When change of billing date is put into effect beginning with the charges for June 2018.
The billing date of Asahi Net charges that is indicated on your credit card billing statement will not change. In your credit card billing statement, the last day of the month for which the charge is billed for will be indicated. Please refer to the date on your credit card billing statement to check which month the Asahi Net charges are for.
Your Asahi Net charges can be confirmed in the Services User Page. Charges for the previous month are updated by around the 10th day of each month. If you are unable to confirm your Asahi Net charges with the credit card billing statement, during the period in which the billing date is changed, please confirm your Asahi Net charges in the Services User Page.
