Changes in Conditions Regarding Billing Method from NTT Finance

This is to notify that payment collection by NTT Finance for Asahi Net charges will change to transfer of receivables to NTT Finance.
Please refer to the followings for details of the change.
Payment method and billing statement of members will not change. You will be able to continue using our service with the current payment method, and there is no action needed on your side.
1. Who Will Be Affected
Members who are using payment collection service of NTT Finance to make payment for Asahi Net charges.
2. Details of Change
[Current] Payment collection by NTT Finance
NTT Finance bills Asahi Net members for Asahi Net charges on behalf of Asahi Net.
[After change] Transfer of receivables to NTT Finance
NTT Finance purchases receivables for Asahi Net charges from Asahi Net and bills Asahi Net members.
Points of changes are illustrated in the following chart, Transfer of receivables for Asahi Net charges. Payment method and billing statement of members will not change and there is no action needed on the members’ side concerning payment method.

- *1 Asahi Net charges are billed to Asahi Net members together with telecommunication charges which the member has used with NTT East or NTT West and NTT docomo.
- *2 Payment method will be that the member has registered with NTT Finance. If billing cannot be made together with other telecommunication charges, NTT Finance will bill by invoice.
3. Effective Date
Change will be effective starting from billing for April charges.
For those members who have registered NTT Finance payment collection service for payment method, the payment method will be changed to transfer of receivables to NTT Finance.
If you do not approve of this change, please change your payment method to credit card payment by the end of April, 2018.
