Restart of the AsaOne service
Thank you very much for using Asahi Net.
At 05:34 on 6th January 2017 we detected an unauthorized access from an external source and as a result suspended the cloud-based groupware AsaOne, however we have restarted the service at 23:45.
On restart we have used backup data from 04:00 that we have confirmed to be reliable, and therefore any updates made by our customers between 04:00 and 05:34 have not been applied.
The result of our investigation is that there has been no leakage of information held on the server.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience experienced by our customers as a result of this incident and look forward to continuing to be of service to you.
