Trouble connecting to the Internet using Windows 10

Thank you very much for using Asahi Net.

From 7th December we have received many inquiries from users of Windows 10 who are unable to connect to the Internet.

If this has happened to you, please try the following steps as they may help resolve the problem.


Step 1. Try restarting your computer.

After doing so, if there is no improvement, please take the next step.

Step 2. Please try to shut down your computer completely.
The steps to shutdown your computer.

(1) Click the Start menu (Windows icon) on the bottom left side of the screen.
→ The Start menu is displayed.

(2) Click the "Power" icon.
→ The "Sleep", "Shut down", "Restart" menu is displayed.

(3) While holding down the "Shift" key on the keyboard, click "Shut down" on the screen. When the message "Shutting down" appears on the screen, release your finger from the "Shift" key.

(4) After confirming the computer's power has been turned off, turn the power on again.
