We would like to offer our deepest sympathies for those who are suffering as a result of the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes. We sincerely hope for the safety and speedy recovery of everyone affected.

We would like to inform you of the impact of the 14th April 2016 Kumamoto earthquake on Asahi Net's service.

<Impact on the delivery time of Asahi Net products>

All distribution companies are experiencing delays in making deliveries to Kyushu and so it will take time for products ordered from Asahi Net to be delivered to that area. We apologize in advance and appreciate your understanding.

<Impact on Asahi Net's communication equipment>

As at 15th April 2016, Asahi Net's communication equipment has not been affected.
