2nd May 2012: A change to the Virus Check service
A change to the functionality of the Virus Check service
The Virus Check service checks for the existence of virus-infected e-mail
at the time of sending and receiving e-mail and attempts to disinfect any
infected attachment and attach it back to the e-mail.
Up until now, infected attachments have been disinfected
and attached back to the e-mail. From now, to improve the scanning performance,
if a known virus is detected the whole attached file will be deleted.
