Notes on payment through
NTT Finance by invoicing from NTT

  • If Asahi Net member pays for the charges by invoicing from NTT, Asahi Net shall transfer receivables for the member’s Asahi Net charges to NTT Finance. In such event, Asahi Net and NTT Finance shall omit to notify the member or to request the member to give consent for the transfer.
  • Members whose Asahi Net charges have been transferred as receivables to NTT Finance, shall pay for the charges based on the billing (payment date, etc.) from NTT Finance. Please note that in the event the member fails to pay even after the payment date has passed, NTT Finance may bill the member a late interest calculated at the annual rate of 14.5% (365-day daily rate) from the day following the payment date to the day preceding the date the payment is made.
  • In the event receivables for charges are transferred to NTT Finance, Asahi Net shall receive information on the member’s payment condition and situations concerning the payment, etc. from NTT Finance.
  • In the event receivables for charges have been transferred concerning those members using the payment collection service (a service which allows customers to pay for charges together with telecommunication charges of NTT East/West* or NTT docomo) provided by NTT Finance, NTT Finance may provide information, on the member’s payment condition, etc., to telecommunication service contractor of NTT East/West* or NTT docomo which the member has designated upon the use of payment collection service combining with phone charges, etc.,
