Hikari with FLET'S Moving Procedures

Even if you move home, it is possible to continue to use Hikari with FLET'S.

Important Notes

  • If you are presently using Hikari TV for Asahi Net, click the link below.
  • If you are using a fixed IP address and you move to a different location in the same FLET'S area and get a different type of NTT fiber-optic line, the fixed IP address will change.
  • If you have been using IP-Phone-C with your Hikari with FLET'S service, and you will continue to use Hikari with FLET'S at your new home, you will still be able to continue the IP-Phone service.
  • If you are using NTT's Hikari Denwa service, please contact NTT.

STEP 3. Contact NTT

Please contact NTT about moving the Hikari line to your new home.

When you contact NTT, tell them you want to keep using Asahi Net's Hikari with FLET'S service.

*Please consult with NTT about when they will open their fiber optic line at your new home and about any charges that will be involved.

STEP 4. Change your registered address at Asahi Net

  • Individual Users

    Click the Accounts and Services link below and then select Registered Address/Phone Number.

  • Business Users

    Click the Change Registered Information link below and then select Confirm/change your information.

Print out the Hikari with FLET'S move application form, complete it and then fax or post it to Asahi Net.
