This page explains the steps required to switch from the mobile phone company you currently use to ANSIM using Mobile Number Portability (MNP) - allowing you to keep using the same phone number.

Within about 15 minutes of completing your application, you will receive an email asking for verification of your identity.
Follow the steps outlined in the email to upload your identity verification document.
Within 3 days after your identification has been verified, the SIM card package will be sent out to the postal address registered on your identification document(s).
Log in to the Asahi Net Account Maintenance page and click the button to start using the service.
Refer to the configuration guide supplied with ANSIM and make any essential settings, then start using the service.
