Notice on closure of one of Asahi Net mail servers

We would like to inform you that one of our mail servers will be closed.

Reason of closure To improve quality of the mail services

As of around 2005, we have stopped informing our customers of the above mail server for server settings when using Asahi Net Email. Customers who have configured email software based on the instructions provided upon inquiries made to our customer support or based on the settings guide on our webpage after around 2005, are not using the mail server that will be closed.

You can check whether you are using the mail server to be closed, in the settings details of the email software that you are currently using,

Mail servers that can be continued to be used are indicated in the webpage.

For those customers using the mail server that is to be closed, we kindly ask you to change to the mail server that will be continued to be used, on your email software settings. We apologize for the inconveniences caused.
