To users of the ASAHI Net TV service

Thank you for using the ASAHI Net TV service.
The FLET'S.Net service is offered by NTT East. A FLET'S.Net contract is required by those
using broadband video services such as the ASAHI Net TV service.
Recently NTT East has sent a letter to their customers who use the FLET'S.Net service,
explaining that from 3rd March 2008 a FLET'S.Net contract is no longer required to use
broadband video services. Therefore, those who have a FLET'S.Net contract solely for the
purpose of being able to view broadband video services (like ASAHI Net TV) will not need the
FLET'S.Net contract after 3rd March 2008.
From 3rd March 2008, NTT East will take FLET'S.Net cancellation requests via NTT's (Japanese-language) FLET'S Square Web page and by phone.

If you cancel FLET'S.Net before 3rd March 2008 you will not be able to watch ASAHI Net TV until 3rd March 2008.

If you use FLET'S.Net for the FLET'S.Net Name, FLET'S.Net Disk, FLET'S.Net Number services then please do not cancel your NTT FLET'S.Net contract as doing so will cause those services to stop.

Those who cancel their NTT FLET'S.Net contract between 3rd March and 31st March will be able
to have uninterrupted ASAHI Net TV viewing and NTT's monthly FLET'S.Net contract charge (300
yen) will be billed for the last time in March 2008.

Those who cancel their NTT FLET'S.Net contract before 3rd March will be not able to view the
ASAHI Net TV service between the time they make their cancellation request and 3rd March.
From 3rd March they will be able to view the ASAHI Net TV service again. NTT's monthly
FLET'S.Net contract charge (300 yen) will be billed for the last time in February 2008.

Those who cancel their NTT FLET'S.Net contract at a time later than 31st March will be able to have uninterrupted ASAHI Net TV viewing and NTT's monthly FLET'S.Net contract charge (300 yen) will be billed in each month up to and including the month in which the NTT FLET'S.Net contract is cancelled.
