Neo-SpamBlock ServiceDetailsNeo-SpamBlock is a security service that automatically detects unsolicited email (spam) and prevents it from reaching your ASAHI Net mailbox. You can relax when using ASAHI Net's email service as any unsolicited email sent to your ASAHI Net email address is filtered into the Neo-SpamBlock service's Unsolicited Email Folder instead of your ASAHI Net mailbox.
Please visit the Neo-SpamBlock service Web page for more information. Default SettingsThose members using ASAHI Net's SpamBlock service will automatically have the Neo-SpamBlock service opened. Those members who did not use the SpamBlock service will need to log into Neo-SpamBlock to activate the service.
Verify that the email address is the one you want to set the Neo-SpamBlock filter on, then click the
Submit button. After clicking the Submit button a Neo-SpamBlock service settings have been saved message will appear. Click on the Detailed Settings button to make detailed settings. Detailed SettingsThe following Neo-SpamBlock functions can be set for each email address.
Detailed Settings WindowThe example above shows a default ASAHI Net email address (it ends with the @asahi-net.or.jp domain) and a ASAHI Net MyMail address for the same ASAHI Net mailbox. All email address registered for an ASAHI Net mailbox will be displayed and it is possible to change settings for each email address. Click the Save settings button after making any changes. Accept/Deny FiltersIt is possible to Accept or Deny email by email address. Use this function if the SpamBlock Filter is not filtering email in the way you like. Enter an email address in the Accept Address Settings or Deny Address Settings area and click the Add button. You can have up to 50 email addresses registered for each setting. Combining with Reject E-mail Sent to Default AddressesIt is possible to combine the Neo-SpamBlock service with the Reject E-mail Sent to Default Addresses function.
