Web Mail : How to login

Who This Page Is For

Users of ASAHI Net's Web Mail service who want to login.

Important

You cannot use Web Mail and the following services at the same time. If you want to use Web Mail, you need to first close the following services.

• Receive email with email software
• My dot email service
• Homepage FTP
• Electronic forums
• Telnet

The Login Procedure

Step 1. Open your Web browser

Open a Web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.) and visit ASAHI Net's Web page.

Step 2. Login

Click the WEB MAIL link on the top right hand side of ASAHI Net's Web page.

When the login window appears, enter your User ID and its password.

Click the OK button.

Step 3. Logged in

If you see a window like that shown below, you have logged into Web Mail.

The logout procedure

When you've finished using Web Mail, make sure to logout.

Step 4. Exit BBB

Click the Logout (exit from BBB) button.

Step 5. Close your Web browser

After a few seconds, you'll be returned to the top ASAHI Net Web page. If the computer you are using is being shared by other people, please close the Web browser, for example by clicking the X box in its top corner, to prevent those other people from being able to use the Web browser's Back button and see your Web Mail.
