Overseas Access PointsImportant Message To All Overseas Access Point Users
From 31st July 2008 we no longer offer connection to Verizon's overseas dial-up access points. However, in partnership with NTTPC Communications, Inc. we are offering 40,000 dial-up access points covering 150 countries.
ChargesThe following ASAHI Net surcharges will be billed for connections to the NTTPC Communications (InfoDesic) dial-up access points.
* In addition, any dial-up telephone charges required to connect to an overseas access point will be billed by the telephone company, not by ASAHI Net. NTTPC Communications (InfoDesic) access pointsConnection methods
Connection is possible with InfoDesic dialer software.

Install the InfoDesic dialer software following the instructions in the Dialer Guide.
It is only possible to send email through ASAHI Net's outgoing mail server while connected to an overseas access point. It is also necessary to configure the email software for SMTP authentication. For information about how to configure email software, please refer to our Configuration Guide.
